Otis Client Accessibility Presentation
Client: Otis Elevator Company
Role: Web Accessibility Education Lead
Otis Elevator Company initiated an effort to assess the accessibility of its branding and digital materials. I was responsible for researching current accessibility standards and developing an educational presentation to help their digital team understand compliance requirements and practical implementation strategies.
Instead of a traditional PowerPoint, I built an accessible, web-based presentation using a customized WebSlides framework, eliminating the need for file sharing while improving access, version control, and reusability. I co-presented the majority of the content with two team members, aligning cross-functional stakeholders on WCAG standards, remediation priorities, and clear next steps for integrating accessibility improvements into ongoing digital work.
The presentation set a new standard for client-facing accessibility education within the agency by:
- introducing a reusable, web-based delivery model
- improving consistency in how WCAG standards were communicated
- informing future accessibility initiatives across client projects
Let's work together
Creativity fuels my work, and I’m drawn to teams and brands that align with my values. If you’re looking for a thoughtful, dedicated team member, I’d love to connect.
